Short-term leases are available if you want to stop by for just the day or the week. Our spaces include desks with generous workspace to layout your floor plans and materials. Each space has lockable storage for privacy. Studio88 members have 24/7 access to the space. Underground parking with direct entrance into the building is available and our offices are fully secured with keyless entry and camera surveillance.

We have developed a comprehensive system to communicate every phase of the design project. Our CAD department capabilities will delineate finish carpentry, custom built-ins, flooring, paint & tile with detailed scaled elevations. We can also include customized notes to meet all of your precise job requirements and design specifications.
We know there are never enough hours in the busy schedule of a designer. Leave it to one of our support designers to help with getting a presentation ready for your client. Sit down to discuss your vision for the presentation and we will bring your concept to life. We can label your materials, create a lifestyle collage and construct a powerpoint presentation while you work on the design.
Our friendly staff creates a welcoming environment for our members. We will manage the front desk during business hours to greet and check-in members and guests. Make reservations for conference rooms and staff services. Allow us to order samples, and help with clerical tasks. We can setup your client presentations, order refreshments, deliver, setup and cleanup lunches for clients. We ensure all the common spaces are clean and fully stocked throughout the day. Need to order specialty office supply items? We are on it. We can manage your mail and packages too, leaving you stress-free to manage your projects.
We have 2 conference rooms available by request with presentation equipment. Book in half or daily increments and your monthly membership credits can be applied to the booking.

We have flexible options for warehousing and storage. A full-time warehouse specialist is on staff to receive and check in your packages. Your merchandise is safe in our warehouse which is secured with an alarm system, motion detectors and 24-hour monitoring services.
